I loved the hotel, it felt so grand! the variety of food options was excellent. I could eat at the buffet or book a table at a specialized restaurant. the room was clean and had amazing air conditioning. It worked perfectly. the staff were friendly, so the service was spot on!
some vendors were around the pool offering various things, and i found that a bit distracting. i wished they had a designated area or a less frequent presence. it sometimes interrupted the relaxation time.

the spacious pool area features plenty of beds, this met my needs.
the food was cooked without inspiration, it tasted like flavourless slop. hiring better chefs would improve the food quality. the free alcoholic cocktails were also poorly made, juice was cordial.

the ambience are good. the staff really go the extra mile to. i was very grateful when they filled my room with cool drinks and sweets. they even arranged a bbq including a cake. thank you to the staff.

I found the gardens beautiful and well kept. Pools were good and I liked the beach. Most of the staff were polite to me.
The wifi was only available at the lobby, it makes no sense to me.

The hotel had very nice access to the beach since it belongs to a hotel complex, I could reach it in a short time. I saw that the area surrounding the hotel felt safe, so I was very calm .
